I am currently accepting new clients and only offering telehealth sessions at this time.
Telehealth counseling includes any counseling/psychotherapy services conducted by means other than in-person sessions.
I will conduct an initial assessment with you to determine whether your needs can be appropriately addressed through telehealth counseling. Telehealth is not appropriate for those experiencing psychosis or are in acute crisis requiring a higher level of care.
The primary method of telehealth counseling sessions I use is through synchronous (in real time) video conferencing using VSee Messenger, a HIPAA-compliant secure video conferencing software with military-grade 256-bit AES encryption.
Phone counseling is primarily used as a back up method of telehealth counseling in the case of technological issues that prevent the use of video conferencing.
You must be physically located within the states of Oregon, Washington, Texas, New Mexico, or Montana for all telehealth counseling sessions, as I hold licenses in these states. I can also provide services in certain other states and countries, though the laws and regulations vary. If you are interested in accessing these services while you are located in another state or outside the U.S., I am happy to research the laws and regulations to determine whether I am able to provide these services to you. Please contact me for more information.
Other forms of Telehealth Counseling: At this time I do not offer any other forms of telehealth counseling as the primary form of contact, including:
